Le pass sanitaire, la solution pour une reprise ?

Dans le cadre du déconfinement de la culture, le Gouvernement a annoncé un certains nombres de mesures, notamment le respect du couvre-feu sans dérogation à la règle, et la présentation d’un pass sanitaire pour les spectacles accueillant plus de 1000 personnes.

Le pass sanitaire est la présentation par les public soit d’un certificat de vaccination soit d’un test PCR négatif de moins de 48h.

Pourquoi le pass sanitaire fait débat ? Même si nous saluons le fait de trouver des solutions pour une reprise de notre activité , la création d’un tel outils nous questionne fortement.

Tout d’abord, d’un point de vue éthique, est-ce légitime de demander un pass sanitaire à notre public ? N’est ce pas discriminatoire ? D’autant plus que ce pass est demandé seulement dans le secteur culturel, il n’est pas demandé pour accéder à de grosses zones commerciales ou encore pour prendre le métro où il y a un important brassage de population.

Puis, d’un point de vue économique, le pass sanitaire n’est pas gratuit! Sachant qu’aujourd’hui, la vaccination n’est pas ouverte au plus grand nombre, le test PCR reste le seul moyen pour notre public de se rendre sur des festivals et qui prendra en charge ces tests ? De plus, les structures devront supporter le coût d’embauches supplémentaires pour contrôler le pass.

Enfin, la logistique qu’entraine la mise en place du pass sanitaire n’est pas sans conséquence. Le public se rendant dans un festival de plusieurs jours, devront se faire tester plusieurs fois pour avoir accès à toute la durée de la manifestation, est ce que les laboratoires sont en capacité de recevoir ce flux de personnes ? Le contrôle du pass sanitaire impose des files d’attentes plus importantes alors que le protocole anti-attentat demande de diminuer au maximum les files d’attente. Par ailleurs, en tant qu’organisateur, comment s’assurer que le résultat du test PCR n’est pas un faux ? Quel est sa responsabilité ? Pouvons-nous imposer à nos salariés et bénévoles de se faire tester ?

Encore énormément de questions et de problématiques se posent. À quelques semaines du début de l’été nous sommes encore dans le flou sur la mise en place et l’organisation de nos manifestations.
