Quelles sont les cibles, directes et indirectes ? La cible directe est celle concernée par les activités La cible indirecte est touchée par l’impact obtenu auprès de la première cible. 

Les acteurs culturels sont encore peu habitués à formaliser leurs projets en termes d’objectifs, même si ce type de démarche se développe. Pourtant, raisonner ainsi est indispensable en termes de suivi mais aussi d’évaluation, à plus forte raison lorsque les actions sont conduites en direction de publics.

Une fois les orientations définies, faut-il encore déterminer les conditions de faisabilité du projet.
